When I first looked at the place, i was told that the nail holes in the wall and painting would be redone. It wasn't. The dishwasher wasn't connected properly so it backwashed into the sink. A spot in the floor that was weak was just covered by flooring. It reeked of marijuana in the building even with a no smoking policy. My landlord also was rude in every contact he ever had with me. He refuses to act like he's ever wrong. DO NOT RENT HERE.
