Dennis lied about almost everything to us, including which apartment we would live in. On move-in day we showed up to the place we were shown and agreed to, only for him to tell us he was putting us somewhere else. The new spot was extremely low quality and we ended up being there for seven months before he finally moved us into the original place. He also generally lied about a lot of things and was a really shady guy. I strongly implore anyone to not do business with him or his partner John.
