This landlord harassed us out of our 8 year lease over a 2 month period. The place is in dire need of updates and when we complained, we were illegally threatened and harassed with eviction.

Our landlord began harassing us out by removing access to common areas we'd had for almost 8 years. After we complained about mold from flood damage from 3 years prior, he retaliated by attempting to evict us illegally. He then continued to remove access to areas, including our attached garage (illegally) and raising our rent while showing up at the property daily without notice. After we claimed covid hardship, he served us with a 60 day notice to move out.
