Weird policies regarding tenants required pay for any plumbing issues, extra keys (which are not allowed), no toilet seat provided upon move in (lol) and cash deposit before move-in (in case any paint in hallway is damaged). Building is well maintained but only through these bonkers policies. Would not recommend.
Debra has lots of weird policies, like no bikes allowed in the apartment, no one is allowed to receive more than one set of keys. Also, she makes tenants sign waivers saying they must pay for any plumbing work needed in the apartment (whaaat?). She's strict and dismissive to the workmen who do building maintenance. I found her to largely be hostile, and only easy to contact when she needed something from a tenant, often taking days at a time to respond to tenant requests.
