Incorrect rating

Lawn is not mown even once a month except for near the office. My dog gets chigger bites as a result. A friend of the manager parks his truck halfway over the sidewalk -- have cracked my knee on it. The pictures of the dreadful quality work are on another computer. They refused to replace 30 year old bathroom floors but tenants brought in by the manager get all replaced and premium service.

Utter & absolute Disrespect. Main person "in charge" is obnoxious and gets people fired due to his coverups and dishonesty.

Didn't prepare ahead so no photos to show. fire damage in my apartment by prior resident not remediated or painted. Awful feeling of fear of another fire -- no explanation to smoke stains on terrace door and around electrical outlets. No interest in helping. Washer and dryer were probably 30 years old and dryer sounded like a freight train running through apartment. Waited two months for replacement and the replacement dryer doesn't dry any better and now has begun to make noise in 3 weeks, causing electric bill to run at $187. Main office person is obnoxious and malicious. Do not trust him. he suppresses work orders and gets people fired based on things he says. The neighbors are largely quite nice and friendly. All in agreement that the awful employee should be removed. He makes a terrible impression of the owner of Deaktor Development North and she should open her eyes and fire him.
