Great Building. Bad landlords. Stay away.

The building is great. And the area is close to schools, shops, and park. The landlords ruined the experience. Here’s a sampling: - 8 building violations. They never register the building and safety registrations. - Pest control comes AFTER we ask. mice come out in the open regularly. Some jumped on us while on the couch. They claim regular pest control but it Never happens. - hot water breaks for days in winter, as well as heat. No rent concessions. - rent increases every chance they can
