He refused to fix a lot of things while I lived there & then after I moved out tried to use my security deposit to spruce the place up. Had to quote civil code to get him to return it. I have a feeling that he wasn't AS bad to previous tenants, like people with families. I believe due to an unresolved lawsuit included my ex's dog and my ex's friend that he took out his frustration by trying to take my security deposit. However many items that needed fixing/replacing that he refused, were brought up before the incident.
