The apartments are beautiful with upgraded amenities, grounds and building well maintained, Neighborhood best in Philly, close to shopping, restaurants, and cultural activities, but best of all is the Dalian Staff who are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The location is phenomenal and safe, with lots of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk.

Dogs are not permitted in any outdoor common areas.
