I’ve had roaches in my apartments for months and they don’t care I’ve paid out of pocket on 3 separate occasions for an exterminator to tell me the building needs to be condemned. A leak from the neighbors upstairs for over a week was flowing into the carpet in my room. One person came by once to tell me I need to take the towels off the railing yet these are the towels air drying because I spent over a $100 on just laundry because of the soaked floors and having to constantly dry the floor they choose not to clean and possibly black mold growing in the windowsills in both rooms because of the terrible sealing job on the windows and to top it off bought a car off a friend the car was parked for less then 6 hours over night and gets towed before I can even take to the tag agency because unfortunately there not open at 10pm at night when people are getting off there second job… to be more on top of parking then the actual residence

The management team is always there to help you. Eric from the management team is always there to help you. When I put a maintenance request it gets solved-right away.

Do yourself a favor by NOT CONSIDERIN...

Do yourself a favor by NOT CONSIDERING in anyway by renting with Cruise Property Management in anyway possible. WHY? Because, they have over a month to fixed all the issues before my move-in date, & as soon as I moved in their Unit, issues are IMMEDIATELY arises, such as: Both Unit's garbage bins (blue & Grey bins) are filled w/garbage & never emptied from the previous renter(s), the washer & dryer doesn't worked at all, the key to mailbox for my unit never provided, the toilet pressures was very low, there's NO microwave (bought my own), the fridge was NOT cleaned. The craziest of all is: instead of fixing the washer issue, they texted me to call 3rd party company called: Magnum Appliance to fix the washer in my unit. On top of all these I unable to install the wifi & I have NO wifi connection whatsoever due to there's a challenges for Xfinity even to installed the wifi connection in my unit. Please have this company as a "DO NOT RENT LIST!"

I only rated the unit as excellent because it was properly maintained by the previous landlord. This is by far one of the worst property management companies I have ever had the displeasure of being a tenant under. They bought our complex back at the start of 2022. Nobody in our complex had the option of a new lease. We were all put on month to month, our rent raised by 33%, not including sewer water and garbage. Property management companies like this do what it legally allowed for them to do, regardless of how it affects the tenant. Because they're not in it for the tenant, they're in it for "good business". When we inquired about this to one of their phone representatives, they condescendingly told us they do that to get to know tenants, and then they offer a lease later on. There was nothing like this in words on their contract. Also, they incorrectly told us, through means of a typed letter from them, that our rent was due within 30 days, which was 30 days less than the legal amount of days we were within our rights to be notified, in the state of Florida, for rent adjustment. When we called to inquire about this, for an hour or so, the lady rudely talked down to my wife saying she did not know what she was talking about. Meanwhile, we had the paper in our hand the entire time. We sent her emails of it that she said she wasn't receiving. When she finally received them, she changed her tone immediately, saying it was an old letter sent by mistake. Okay, so why deny having any knowledge of it? Now, this was our stepping stone out of Florida because we were catching on to the fact that this was happening everywhere in Florida and did not want to continue to fall prey to these shady companies. The only thing I can thank this company for is the fact that they were the catalyst to finally move us out of Florida. Also, the fact that they returned to us our security deposit in full. They will say they do things by the book, but that doesn't mean they don't try to be sneaky. They will say they take care of issues with their units, but not without being sneaky. We sent in a written issue on their portal about termites. They sent in someone who only used a caulking gun at the site where the termites were. they came back a month later, we did the same written communication, as requested, and they sent the SAME guy, and he used the SAME tactic. With termites, you're not supposed to just caulk the site where the termites are. They have to be properly dealt with. It was close to hurricane season and we told them, in written communication, as requested, with pictures, that our palm trees were too long and had coconuts on them that could pose a hazard. they were reluctant to even do that. On the portal, by the way, these requests aren't supposed to be deleted. With this company, you are a number on a list. Their income is all they care about. You're just a number that is binded by a contract. On the better business bureau, their reply to any complaints were something to the effect of "there is no evidence of this happening" but of course there wouldn't be any evidence if you're deleting maintenance requests, from tenants, on your portal. And that's all they care about, their image. Not one time did I ever hear or see an apology from them, not just to us, but to the tenants they screwed over. Most of their complaints are about property negligence as well. Not surprised in the slightest.

They do not fix problems. Even their maitnenece team spoke with me about how cheap they are and how they just try to bandaid issues rather than fix anything. I have literal sewage filling the whole street from the busted septic tank and they continue to try to gaslight me into thinking it's just me when the whole block is complaining (I know because I'm talking to them about it currently) straight scumlords
So another week with nothing done people...
So another week with nothing done people in the office very unprofessional found out they do know the person in the apartment with the hammering drilling and also taunting with loud step and ***** really loud all night so I'm working on a link that we will be posting all the conversations and noise recording see what everyone thinks this place is as bad as it sounds and you will be able to hear for yourself.

Well been here a month neighbors upstairs have a cabinet building company they make excessive noise all day and sometimes as late as 2:30 am I have confronted them but they are bullies and I really don't want any problems I already let the office know I've called more than 10 times and yet to be able to talk to the supervisor always out of office I guess the voicemail is not working also good thing is I will be contacting the city and corporate office tomorrow didn't want to but this is out of control and I will be emailing all audio of construction and conversation to corporate office. Ok it's been a week since I reviewed about the situation I'm in spoke to maintenance spoke with office and they say nothing is going on yet today when I got home the ***** was in progress so I texted so they can come hear for themselves at 5:45pm and no answer yet right now at 6:51 still ***** and dragging and slamming of metal s noise has not stopped and I recorded it all because it seems I'm the one that's wrong here
