I sent financial info over and over to prove I make enough money but they didn't respond back. I had to call, text, and email everyday just to get a run around and a very RUDE response from Robin Cruise. They are not professional, disorganized, non responsive, rude, and they lie. There was no legitimate reason to deny my application after I viewed several apartments and was willing to take any of them. Don't waste your time and money with this company

Money Hungry !!!!

This is one money hungry home owner he does NOT fix ANYTHING in your home or any thing on the property you give them a call & they say "send them the address" they NEVER come I call about 20 times a week & no one has showed up to my property to fix ANYTHING !its worst here in Palm beach every home has bed bugs, mice & roaches cars park anyway they want & he raised the rent owner does not do anything about things. If you need a nice home with people that will fix your home please go else where.

THE WORST I'VE EVER SEEN!

The worst property management company I've ever seen. Ziana Jayalath is the property manager. NONE of the appliances worked when I moved in, I asked for a pro-rated rent due to nothing working and the lease stated it did, that didn't happen, she actually charged a late fee. She's RUDE as well. She yelled at my older mother. They constantly illegally text the tenants and threaten up-charge by $200.00 if trash isn't removed from the street (the tenants aren't the ones that dumped it there). There's two trucks illegally parked there that are not working and they will not remove. Ziana will not have staff fix things in a timely manner. The staff that does (they are nice and it's not their fault the management is trash). They have tenants with aggressive dogs that are not on the lease, I was attacked by one on Sunday...report was made to the property manager and she actually asked me to go to the dog that attacked me to take a picture of it because she didn't believe me, even though I sent her the Animal Control report as well as injury pictures. Please spare yourself, DO NOT RENT HERE. The contract they have you sign will make it impossible to get you out of it. the appliances are not working and old. There's a mold issue as well.

Terrible experience with Faye

My issue with this company is this.. They are completely ignorant of the meaning of customer service. My experience talking to Faye has left a sour impression that cannot be mended. She is rude and berating which for an older woman such as herself is HORRIBLE. I am young and I am extremely respectful to elders. I grew up in the islands and that's what we were taught. So, this lady agreed to let us move in 2-3 days before my lease officially started so I'm like okay great. Called her a couple days before to verify if it was 3 days before or 2 days before. And she just went off.. "Listen, I'm an old bi+ch and I been doing this a long time. You knew you wanted to move in sooner and you still put your lease off till x date. Why you bothering me?" were her exact words!! I was dumbfounded and I have that recording on my phone in case they wanna try me. I'm shocked no one has reviewed that they are taking them to court, this is an absolute disgusting company. Cannot stand rude people. I was like "LISTEN (old bi+ch) I'm just calling cz YOU SAID you would let us move in 2 or 3 days prior to our lease start date, and I just wanna verify which it's gonna be, 2 or 3 days?" Another time, 1 day before we moved in, I wanted to make sure the key would be in the lockbox so I could go clean and spray for bugs bcz they said they did that BUT THE DEVIL IS A LIAR!! There were soo many roaches and I even have a 10 month old. (Even found one in her crib sheet) So I called and she wouldn't answer, I kept calling and still nothing.. Then she finally picks up and I say "Good Morning Ms. Faye" I kid you not this old bi+ch (as she called herself) said "What's the problem?" not "Good morning or How are you?" so I was like "Why would there be a problem, if you want there to be a problem we can have a problem!" her reply was "Because you keep calling me and annoying me. You are not my only tenant, don't call me. You know what, I just feel like not renting to you people now. Maybe I should just let you move in when your lease starts! This is my cell number and you keep calling it!" OLD BI+CH!! THAT NUMBER IS ON THE WEBSITE AND IF YOU DON'T WANT PPL CALLING IT TO GET INFORMATION TAKE IT DOWN AND PUT UP A BUSINESS NUMBER!!!!!!! duhh.. You call them for information and it's always something soooo simple and it's like you will always have an attitude with the OLD BI+CH! 1 year and then I'm buying my own place..

They suck they are money hungry they tried to tow my car for having a flat tire and i live there ....they fix nothing in the apartment..... Fine a another place please.... You been. Warned.....cant wait until my lease is up

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!

I have tried numerous times to get in touch with anyone who works in THE offices (emails, calls with messages). I am going to have to file a complaint with the better business bureau and on all of the rental sites as this is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. I am having huge issues with my place listed below (crack-heads screaming all night, MAIL AND PACKAGES CONSTANTLY STOLEN, infestation of ants and insects all over the exterior and interior) and I cannot even get someone to REPLY TO ME, THE PAYING RESIDENT! I am a teacher and cannot sleep at night due to these issues! I want to end this lease as soon as possible. APT 6 Hallandale Beach, FL 33009

My roof leaks on my ceiling fan and they refuse to fix it, instead giving me a 3 day notice to pay or vacate the property. They just want me out so they can move someone else in taking their money. They tried saying I didn't pay my last month rent. And they say I paid a deposit. And that was backwards. I paid last month but no security deposit. They txt me telling me I can't use the deposit for my last month rent. I tried telling this lady I paid last month, she wanted to kick us out also the apartment next to us and their microwave stopped working because of the roof leaking and they have five children they have no regard for people's safety at all but they sure want their money it's down rite lower than low we have been here two years good paying tenants we paid our rent in full previously and expected them to fix it via verbal notification but no such luck instead they pressed us for written notification we gave it and it still isn't repaired and they continue to push us out and try to charge us and press us to sign a lease with them they are crazy I have never met such bold scam artists and such low life slum lords in all of my years renting

Worst person ever.. I found an apartment they had available at 1902 Dewey St # 10, Hollywood, FL 33020. Apartment was very nice but I spoke to a rude lady name Fay Cruise, she’s the wife of the owner Robin cruise. As I was about to submit my application I called to find out how soon could I move in. She started to ask me what race I am, I was hesitant to tell her my race because it was a ridiculous question. Then I told her I was Black American which I’m not. She said she doesn’t lease out apartments to Black people then hung up the phone on me.. now imagine if I had submit the application with the fee?? Thank god she showed her ugly head before I paid that payment. I recommend anyone to stay away from this business. They have ZERO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE!

SLUM LORD, STAY AWAY!!!

The pictures above don't do any justice. Garbage all over the property and overfilling/broken garbage cans. Only 3 of the 12 courtyard lights work. They are stealing water from me to feed the washroom. My mail is stolen constantly because the mailboxes are easily broken into. I caught them steeling electricity from me. Barely anything worked when I moved in. The front door wouldn't even close. The electrical was dangerous. They never respond to maintenance requests unless you threaten them with legal action. It took almost two years to fix my stove. I had to hire an electrician to fix the dangerous conditions in the circuit box. Faye is a complete stooge, she's like the North Koreans. Her bad plastic surgery tells it all. I would be sore and condescending if I were her also. I will do my best to take this property due to the constant and blatant lack of respect for the residents and my contract. I have always had to pay to have things fixed here. Absolutely the worst person on earth is Robin Cruise. He's an alcoholic Coke-Head who looks older than me (I'm 45, he's 36). His door says, "I'm Robin Cruise [email protected]" So, I call him, "Mr. [email protected]" My A/C and Water heater failed when I moved in. He blamed me. Not until I got the VA and the housing authority to jump down his throat did he do anything. He sent his worker in to smash my toilet valve so it would leak and cost me money (Earlier water issue). He tried to run me off the road when I caught him stealing from me. Goes into profanity laced tirades when I catch him. He's going down.

Slum Lord Stay Far Away

If you are thinking of renting from Cruise Propety Management DON’T! One of the owners Robin is the worst kind of slumlord out there. He makes Joe Pesci look good. I lived in my house for over 3 years with no issues until SW WPB, LLC / AKA Cruise Property Management bought the property. That’s when the problems started. I had an existing lease and there was nothing this company could do except honor it. They didn’t like that because they wanted to come in and hike up everyone’s rent, but legally couldn’t touch mine. Robin did everything in his power to force me out by sheer harassment. At one point I received an email from him telling me I wasn’t allowed to walk in my property. And he would have me arrested for trssspass. I called the cops and showed them the emails and they just laughed at him. He was renting the unit next door to illegal immigrants who turned their garage into a boarding house. Women and babies were living in an un air conditioned space and urinating and defecating on the floor and run using it out with a garden hose. Concerned about illegal activity and human trafficking I reported this to the FBI who swiftly investigated and shut down the garage operation. Of course this only infuriated Robin Cruise more so he upped the ante with me. When my air conditioner broke he refused to fix it. I had to pay 300 dollars out of pocket. When my water heater broke again he refused to fix it. I was without hot water for the remainder of my lease. I had 3 breaks in there, and he refused to fix the doors after that. My boyfriend and his friend came and did the work and installed plates over my deadbolts. I also installed an alarm system and camera and caught Robin and his workers entering through my back door. After the police spoke to them there was no more break ins. Such a sad situation because I treated that house like it was my own home. Rent was never late and I lived the neighborhood until this guy took over. Thankfully, I never gave a deposit when I moved in. That was my saving grace. I took very detailed photos before and after I moved in just in case this creep would try and stiff me in some way. On a related note he took over 2000 in security deposit money from my neighbor when he left. Businesses and Individuals like this need to be exposed so potential renters don’t fall into a trap and rent from these crooks. Thank goodness for websites like this that are out there warning others of south Florida slumlords like this.

So recently I found your website and I contacted Fay from the number listed in regards to one bedroom apartment for rent in Fort Lauderdale. I must say this has been the worst experience to try to get information department that I have ever seen. She wouldn't show me the unit without an application and a copy of my Florida ID. so I asked what the application fee was checking . She said only evictions. Then she directed me to the website to submit a photo of my ID and my paycheck history prior to submitting it there's a requirement of $50 app fee to be submitted. so I was forced to pay for that without knowing the details of what they were checking. I do tech-support for Apple computers and I've worked there for four years in addition my rental history is impeccable with no evictions. I've lived in three apartments in the last 10 years that must mean that I'm pretty reliable. She does not see that she sees a repossession that occurred last August when I became ill I fell behind I got the car back a month and a half later. She disqualified me because of that and a felony from 15 years ago… If I was a criminal I wouldn't be working for the number one computer company in the United States. I work at Apple and I've been there for almost 5 years. My job is technical support and my feedback rating is 100% for the last 12 month. Clearly, don't believe that I have a problem speaking to people. Right off the bat when I called yesterday and left three voicemails and a couple text messages. The first thing she said right off the bat when she called what that she didn't appreciate some of the text messages that I left asking her to call me back. I didn't know she had business hours. She never said and her voicemail message doesn't say that ether. I didn't call past 730… But she made an effort to tell me in a very condescending tone that she only works till 5 PM. And that after she refuses to answer the phone. those were her exact words. Very unprofessional for someone who supposed to work serving customers to speak to anyone as if she was the queen of England. She must not enjoy her job to be so mean. I will submit complaint to the Better Business Bureau and a bunch of blog site similar to these ones. These people will rob your money OK and will treat you like crap. The name of the owner is Robin cruise and the Fay was the agent who offended me.

They don't believe you when you tell them there is an issue in the apartment... My A/C broke down and it took them days to check it out and at the end they did nothing about it... I basically move out because of this issue, it's Florida and you NEED a working A/C here...
