Friendly neighbors (and their dogs) and managements. Location is perfect. Central Park is only one block away and daily patrol is easy job for dogs.

Very nice, cozy neighborhood. Apartment is perfect from inside and out. Stuffs are extremely helpful and warm-hearted.

The building is always clean and they have a nice lounge area for when you have company over and the staff is so wonderful here they help you with whatever you need.
