I lived here several summers ago. Though rent was inexpensive, the living situation was uncomfortable in many regards. Landlord frequently entered home without permission. Appliances were not fixed in a timely manner. The house was not thoroughly cleaned before move-in. Landlord regularly acted rude to tenants. Though the price and location make the home appear appealing, I recommend finding elsewhere to live.
