I've rented from violent, lecherous, peeping-toms: you name it. CI is not that. What they are is miserly, scumbags, with a surly staff who are quicker to make empty threats than a deal. DO NOT RENT!

Many cars have been broken into and may women in the complex have been sexually harassed in the parking lot. Despite numerous pleas to fix the gate or the lights they have made no effort. The zen-garden they advertise is a mud pit that the rain flows up to the front door and. must be shoveled by us just to leave without tracking mud into our jobs. Numerous threats were made to come into my unit while I wasn't there and destroy my things, over a misunderstanding regarding the lease start date.
