Made racial comments when I first moved in. Harassed me about my non white guest who visited often. Moved in downstairs and continuously harasses writer about trash/ recycling/ shoveling when writer is the only person who helps. There at 5 total apartments in this house. Accusing writer of multiple inappropriate things such as stepping in “cat *****” and intentionally leaving a ***** footprint in front of her door. Accused writer of damaging plumbing- threatening to increase rent
