There are potholes all over the neighborhood, the trash area is always flooded with garbage, the pool is always closed, the security gates have been broken for over a year and sections of the surrounding gate is missing so the neighborhood is far from a gated community. The office staff is extremely rude and there’s no access to the gym. The maintenance is terrible and the maintenance men often disturbed residents with the loud music from their cars.
