Horrible experience - Only nice for the firsr half of the year

The door was broken which was my fault but suddenly when I moved out, my window was broken which I never touched during the time I stayed there. So I had to pay for the window I didnt damage.

Cecilia is a very reliable landlord and her apartments are worth the money! My year renting with her has been pleasant and worry-free and I would not hesitate to recommend her to future tenants.

Great landlord! I have been through hell trying to find a nice place and she is great. Very responsive and will fix anything that needs fix! She even installed a plasma screen tv for free in our living room! If i wasnt graduating I would stay there for another year

Cecilia is great. We've had no problems getting a hold of her and the rare occasions that we had issues she took care of them in a timely fashion. The place is priced very fairly for the neighborhood as well. The best landlord I've had

If you're looking for a place to stay renting with Cecilia is the way to go! Even when friends visit they commented "This is the best apartment building I've seen for temple students." You absolutely get your money worth in all areas. Within the two years I never had any issues! I wish she had apartments in my home state I would definitely consider! I will miss having her as a landlord.

Cecilia was a great landlord, the only reason I'm moving is because I'm graduating. The apartment was pretty modern and the price of it was fair. Recently installed cameras and extra lights, which made me feel safer. Overall, I definitely recommend her.

Overall great landlord. PROBABLY AS GOOD AS IT GETS AROUND TEMPLE. All issues we had were minor and corrected quickly. Security was installed recently (new locks and cameras).

The only issues I ever had we're with safety concerns, but the buildings have been recently equipped with security cameras. Cecilia is always quick to respond to any building or apartment issues. I found apartment pricing to be quite fair too...rent is very reasonable. When I needed to find a new apartment for the next year, I went straight to Cecilia and she was able to easily find a new place for me. Highly recommended!

Friendly and Responsive but for a Price

It's a pretty terrible feeling to see your current apartment come up on craigslist for less than you're paying now... Other than that Cecilia is wonderful. Very nice and quick to respond to any concerns.
