I have been trying to get in touch with Cecelia or a management company about a property in Francisville. The tenants on the property are destroying the block. Police have been involved multiple times. I am a home owner next to Cecilia's property and am extremely unhappy. If she allows her tenants to live like this and destroy the home and homes surrounding I would not feel comfortable renting with her.
