This rental company (specifically Todd Johnson) left me and my 2 young children without hot water FOR OVER A MONTH. Repairs that I was told would be made were not, including several regarding safety. Upper unit with a broken porch light so can't see at night. Broken stairs on a steep staircase. Etc. The washing machine was ran into the kitchen sink to drain. It overflowed causing damage to the restaurant downstairs. The landlord gave me a 5 day eviction notice to pay $630 for damages downstairs or get out. I was never billed, just given 5 days to pay or be evicted because they did not feel like running the proper plumbing for the washing machine. When this incident occurred the landlord came over after 9PM unannounced, let himself into my apartment without knocking and proceeded to verbally attack me in front of my children who he had woken up. He refused to leave until I called the police. This man is a raging psycho, stay away!!
