Have had a hole in my roof the size of a basket ball for 9 months. Office never answers. I get the run around if mantinece will come. They come tell me they can’t do anything. Then they can’t get a contractor then they are understaffed. 9 months of my 12 month lease there has been a hole the pours water into my bedroom. They’re solution. A bucket. Mold growing in the hole. Asbestos’s and dust and dry walk falling in every time it rains. Awful worst place ever.

Well, for starters they moved me into the completely wrong apartment. Then they had to scramble to toss me into a new one similar to the sizing I needed. Now I’m trying to relocate within the complex and it’s the most difficult experience of my life, but I’m stuck here because nowhere else has any availability. Don’t bother.

I love it out here, but I think we should have better applicance if we going to be paying anything over 1200 a month, I don’t like the fact we have dog ***** on the ground owner of the dog need to pick it up, I think they need to upgrade there apartments or lower the rent other then that I love my apartment.

Neighbors smoke inside the building and have loud parties and nothing is done about it. The property is constantly *****. Trash everywhere outside and landscaping isn’t well maintained. They barely shoveled during this winter. People don’t clean up after their pets. Laundry rooms are disgusting and outdated. I’ve had things stolen from them multiples times.

These apartments are over priced they absolutely are not worth the price they are charging for them. The newly renovated apartments are worse then the ones that haven't been renovated. It took 6 months of living in a black mold water damage and mildew apartment after my lease being up that they finally decided to move me into another apartment that they claim was better and its no better. The dumpsters are horrible. Maintenance is horrible. And the Property Manager is unresponsive all the time.

Terrible.

Landlords will yell at you or give you an attitude and genuinely don’t seem to care about your issues. When I called about my lock and rat, she simply acted like she could care less and was laughing during the duration of the call, after that she never responded to any of my emails or texts regarding other issues. Plus fires here have been constant, trash is pilling up on the streets, it’s like living in a post apocalypse here.

Great price but terrible security, safety, pest issues (bugs and rat issues almost everyday) had to pay over $300 to fix my personal items and replace food and was not compensated, however we cannot use any outside pest services outside castle point, yet castle point pest services are only available once a week if that. Plus so much damage for a unit that is advertised as “renovated” holes, marks, stains, etc… lastly the landlord takes either 2 days to 2-4 weeks to respond to anything.
