Here is the list of everything Carolyn did not fix: 1. Broken pipes when we moved in. 2. Multiple spider infestations 3. She would come unannounced (and eat our food) 4. Refused to give us a deadbolt AFTER THERE WERE HOMELESS PEOPLE FOUND IN OUR BASEMENT 5. No key for the front door 6. Charged us for keys that were never given 7. Refused to help with mold problem in the house 8. Would move our stuff without asking (after she came in without telling us) for showings
