Overall an okay experience. House came furnished with typical college housing furniture. Whenever we had maintenance issues, they were always very responsive, especially when it was big issues. They came a few times when our washer/sink flooded and when we had squirrels in our kitchen, were very responsive in setting out traps and boarding up the entrances from the outside. Overall, not ideal things you'd wish to happen. But pretty standard expectations for student housing in Ann Arbor. The biggest complaint we had living there was their front desk/communications person, Jodi. She was always incredibly off-putting and demeaning every single time we had to communicate something to her (even re: paying our security deposit prior to moving in). Besides communicating with her, our experience was good.
There was mold on the windows and they were duct taped together, the drawers in the kitchen are broken, the cabinets are about to fall off and water damaged, the mattress provided was covered in leaves, grass, and mud, there were always spiders and other bugs, the bathroom counter is about to collapse, the tiles are broken and the shower is rusted and tiles are breaking off.
