Really excellent experience all around, from being shown the apartment, to the leasing process, to the transition to becoming a tenant. The company makes good use of technology for online rent payments and to submit any repair requests. They also put in a new service at our building where UPS/FedEx push a button by the front door that rings to a call center who lets delivery service into the building and then sends me an alert via a phone app telling me I have a package. I can then use the app to open the locked package cage in the lobby. Pretty cool solution for a non-doorman building!
