Really excellent experience all around, from being shown the apartment, to the leasing process, to the transition to becoming a tenant. The company makes good use of technology for online rent payments and to submit any repair requests. They also put in a new service at our building where UPS/FedEx push a button by the front door that rings to a call center who lets delivery service into the building and then sends me an alert via a phone app telling me I have a package. I can then use the app to open the locked package cage in the lobby. Pretty cool solution for a non-doorman building!
Really an excellent company. Seemed to care about its tenants and want to live up to all their obligations as landlords/property managers. Would highly recommend.
This was my first aprtment. I'll soon be moving but only because I'm moving in with my girlfriend. Really have enjoyed my time here.
I was here when the previous mgmt worked in the building and this company is leaps and bounds above any I've ever worked with. I agree with the sentiment of the other reviewers. They just know how to supply great service.
Michael Vinocur is truly the best. The management has fixed issues on weekends, been preemptive in taking care of things before they even get to that point. And, I'm very lucky to live here.
Fix items quickly and I don't see myself going anywhere any time soon.
