The two worst parts of our experience at that apartment were 1) communication. There was no clear way to get a hold of him. All the numbers and emails for were for other people like his work, his son, and his wife. I never got his contact info. Once when our sink was leaking, he sent his son over to fix it (because he was on vacation), his son made it worse, and then neither of them fixed that problem. Second was moving out. He promised us our whole security if he got someone in by April 1st. On April 10th (when he got back from his second vacation) he finally called me and said we haven't gotten anyone into the apartment yet so I can give you half of your security back. First off, rude, because he did not do anything to get it rented. Then he said there were holes in the apartment which needed fixing so he was going to keep another $150. So we are only getting $500 when he owes us $1300 after we had the apartment professionally cleaned.
