AVOID BRIAN GORBAN/GHORBANZADEH AT ALL COSTS. He will make your life miserable

Brian was a horrible landlord and his actions and reactions on this forum with all the fake reviews he post about himself(he literally is posting 20-40+ positive reviews of himself every day and trying to remove all the negative but truthful reviews on him). He literally posted a bunch of highly racist and offensive reviews of the owner/founder of this website, which shows you want kind of person he is.

In regards to our experience, he was extremely RACIST and DECEITFUL. Im African american and when I stayed at his place, he asked for a higher deposit without cause. In addition, he ended up stealing our deposit without cause and tried to keep adding additional fees on us that were never mentioned or in the contract . After he see the racist reviews he has posted towards black ppl, I would highly recommend all ppl to avoid renting from him.

Brian Gorban stole my security deposit without cause and now I have to seek legal action against him.

I wish I saw this website before - He has MANY and I MEAN MANY reviews of pulling the same thing on his tenants

Brian Gorban keeps putting up fake reviews of himself on WYL, Yelp, Google, etc to boost his score and hide the negative reviews. Just do a search/sort of the reviews based on low to high and you will see the many negative reviews about him.

The landlords Brian and Sean Gorban were very dishonest people as they never fixed anything and stole our security deposit.

I have rented from 5-6 different landlords in my life and this is the first time i have had a landlord steal a deposit.

Very bad people!

Brian stole my security deposit even though I left the unit in perfect shape. When I kindly asked for my security deposit back, he said to call his lawyer and then blocked me. What a scam!!!

And I am not the only one. I found out after the fact that there are many people in the same boat.

There once was a landlord named Brian,

Whose schemes left his tenants a-cryin'.

He took their deposits,

Like some sneaky hobgoblin,

Now his reputation’s in dyin’.

Brian is a bad landlord and steal peoples' deposits. Go to Yolo County or San Diego County court records to see all the deposits he has stolen.

I was a first time renter and so excited to get my own place with my roommates.

But I was scammed by Brian, Sean and Ali Gorban out of our money.

I can't believe this family preys on young and vulnerable students just starting out in life- how low class can you get!

After the experience, i found out that they have 50+ cases in court of stealing people's deposits.

You can tell Brian is a liar because he puts hundreds of fake and repetitive reviews on this site to offset the poor reviews he gets from real customers. He also is a creep and has a book about how to "Pick up women the masculine way" You can't make this stuff up!
