overall bad. when signing my lease the landlord wasn’t even there, it was his assistant. looking online, looking at the application papers, both say you’re allowed to have pets, plus the assistant said it was okay and not to worry about it. i nearly got evicted christmas eve by the landlord, who then proceeded to gaslight me saying HE went over the terms of the lease with me. the AC and elevators break down constantly. in a place specifically for disabled and the elderly, that’s bad.
