Way too expensive for a place that doesn’t have any new remodels. Even paint jobs are cheap then you’ll get blamed for ware in it after living in the property for long enough. Property manager is extremely rude and discriminatory. Repairs do not get fixed in a timely matter and if you speak up about it, you will be blamed somehow and talked down to. 10/10 will not renew my lease and cannot wait to get out of this place that is made to feel unwelcoming by property workers.
