Keeps all the security deposit. Sometimes comes home without notice.

He charged us for things caused by his 100- year-old house(plumbing issues, frozen pipes, etc.). We left the house cleaner than it was(which was not that hard, it was a mess before) yet he charged us for $200+ for cleaning fees. He seems friendly but dont buy into it.
