Someone really needs to tell management about themselves. I honestly don't get why they are so short with folks and why they choose to skirt emails and calls when tenants are in need. After all, they're providing a service.

Insanely ***** halls. Like, it's pretty disgusting. I wish they put some effort into the grounds.

The common areas are often ***** and not well maintained. A customary cleaning or vacuuming would work wonders.
