I had an amazing experience with this landlord and this property! It was newly renovated and you definitely get your ***** for the buck. He is super receptive to messages and concerns (which there were rarely any) and he truly cares for his tenants. I highly recommend Bespoke Rentals! (:

I had a great time at this property (3 Walnut Street Binghamton). Chris, the landlord, had the property move in ready, was readily available to help with any issues and responded very quickly to any concerns. The house was clean when we moved in and we had no major issues (i.e. plumbing), Overall great property and location (it is on the west side). This is perfect for any students - there is a bus stop near by and downtown is a 3 min drive/20 min walk.

My experience at 3 Walnut Street was very pleasant. Chris was highly accommodating and attentive to any and all concerns posed by tenants (addressed within 24hrs). Provided that, communication between tenants and Chris was never an issue. He provided excellent assistance throughout (i.e. move in, renting, move out). The property is up-to-date and one that I recommend to future students who are looking for a comfortable and convenient spot (close to bus stop & Downtown) on the West Side of Bing.
