This house is an old, disgusting, mess. No one cares what goes on because "rent is so cheap." They act like you're crazy for being a female and uncomfortable with mice and uncleanliness. Cheap problem solving. Refused to get an exterminator. House was a mess upon move-in. Expects you to deal with problems that you inherited from previous tenants: spend money on traps, "buy a cat." Dumb 3 nights a month guest rule. Would never recommend.
