Amazing. A gem in NYC It is very VERY rare to find a landlord and responsive and understanding as the one I have at Belmont. I’ve lived here for 3 years and I have no complaints!

Like I said it’s rare to find a landlord that will be as responsive and understanding as mine is. That’s the main reason why I stay. Plus the rent is also very decent so you can’t go wrong with that.
