Great apartments and a great location, quick walk to Short North. The maintenance staff is very timely with any needed repairs.

Parking is difficult for guests as there are a limited parking lot and no available parking nearby.

Staff was accommodating and responsive to requests for information or maintenance. The three times I had service requests, the response was prompt and everything was taken care of professionally and quickly.

The location and price cannot be beat, as well as the property management team. The only reason that I did not renew my lease is that I purchased a condo downtown for a great deal. These apartments are so attractive that I am actually designing my condo from the inspiration of living at Battery B.
