This is a terrible management company. Complaints go unanswered. They are racially biased. I was given a noise complaint when I first moved into my condominium in regards to my daughter crying. She was 3 months old and I was given a $500 fine for noise. When asked what did they want me to do put a muzzle on my newborn the complaint was removed. My ceiling caved in due to a leak that left mold in my condo and it took 2 years to fix. My daughter developed asthma from the mold accumulation. My pipe in the wall behind my shower burst. I had to call my own plumber to shut off the water. Pure incompetence. They ruined my bathroom and the floors around my bathroom. I paid for all repairs without reimbursement including the pipes which is not my responsibility. Rick Manero the head of management never responds and the whole staff is nasty and rude. I do not recommend buying anything that’s associated with this management company. Many other incidents not enough time nor space.
