The building is fine but pretty much unmanaged. They let people use the courtyard as a dog park, trash builds up in the trash rooms, and general building maintenance issues are building up. Building management doesn’t respond to emails. The front door is propped open unlocked much of the time. The maintenance team does the bare minimum to paper over any issues in your apartment.

Apartment is clean, staff is responsive. Building is very safe.
