Bullies. Contradict themselves constantly and have such a bad reputation amongst other tenants. A shame that this type of group is in the area who could care less about the well-being of their own tenants. This is definitely a low budget purchase for them and they consistently intimidate you for speaking up. Have seen the director of building management, Courtney Haverkamp once who is a walking sour *****. Lack of professionalism and looks like she just crawled out of the sewer. What a poor image

Disgusting company to rent from. Literally swindle people. Not worth the money as everything is breaking and can never get ahold of management. Got a call from a Courtney who eventually called back and yelled at me for bothering her and hung up the phone. What a poor excuse for a company. Sad that this company is in Philadelphia as it does not exhibit a great company and one that is fair to deal with.

Absolutely terrible. They threaten you. Not allowed to call anyone to complain or they retaliate against you. Not allowed to use realtor of choice because they raise the rent if you use someone other than their own realtor. Slumlords and never check on the property. Allow for their staff to speak with tenants whichever way they want. Disrespectful and unprofessional in every term of the word.

Arts & Crafts took over the property I r...
Arts & Crafts took over the property I resisted in for 5 years after the elderly landlord had sold. Arts & Crafts is a NYC based real-estate company that bought out the entire neighborhood when a new park was build nearby. During the 1 year of our lease that we kept with Arts & Crafts following this sale, they had failed to repair the elevator for a high-rise building for over 9 months, had over 11 L&I violations on the property, had poor communication with tenants, would break into apartments to do unnecessary renovations without any notice, had 3rd party contractors almost always on property that had compromised security by leaving the buildings doors, hallways, and apartment doors open and unlocked. During all this time, Arts & Crafts made conditions in the property so unbearable that most of the original tenants in the building had moved out. Those who choose to stay were all met with vacate notices with less that 60 days noticed during the holidays of 2018. This company violated several laws, and is responsible for outing an entire neighborhood to try to appeal to higher-bid renters and with new "luxury" apartments that are far from the case. Local business that didn't answer to their demands were shut down and only those that agreed stayed. Do not rent with this absolutely terrible company. The do not stand for any community engagement that they claim. Months late have failed to return the deposits to several former tenants including my self. This out of town company should not be allowed in Philadelphia and is directly responsible for gentrification happening all over this city.
