Not the best experience living here. I’ve lived in a lot of apartment communities but none as bad as Artisan. Upon moving in we had an issue with the first floor unit we stayed in. The second floor neighbors above us had a large dog and would constantly let him run through the apartment over our heads all times of the night. Luckily, Angela one of the leasing consultants ,the only redeeming aspect of this complex, got us moved to a third floor unit that was much quieter until the most recent tenants moved in. The walls and floors are paper thin. You will here every single thing your neighbors say and do. There is zero privacy here. You will hear the toilet flushing, water running, doors slamming, everything. There is also a hole in the floor beside the water heater thus allowing more sound to travel from unit to unit. Depending on who your neighbors are you may or may not get a good night's rest. Our current neighbors are terribly inconsiderate and make loud banging noises at random hours of the night. Management had done little to nothing to address the issue. Residents are so negligent and careless with their pets. I’ve been attacked by a dog named “Blue” who the owner just allows to bolt out of her apartment off leash. I could go on and on about how bad it has been living here. For the price, the quality of living (or lack there of), poor construction and insulation of the units, I would save my money and look elsewhere.
