Overpriced and poorly managed with security issues

Poor security. Multiple burglaries and property stolen from the garage. Multiple flooding and water issues with the building. Poor communications with the tenants. 5 to 10 min notices for entering the unit. Some very unethical and sketchy landlords. I would avoid this building.
