The apartments appearance is like new. The amenities and entertainment are good conservation. The location is interesting.

The fire alarms go off numerous times.

Overall, it has been a great stay. I've had nothing but great support from the office staff.

The staff is unfailingly kind and helpful. The management team is great. Any maintenance issue were responded to quickly and fixed in a prompt fashion. Also, management helps give the building a community vibe with great events such as Halloween parties.

Aqua looks and feels like a paradise, actually looks like a resort. Amazing community
