Vanessa lies about repairs made and the place is falling down. She is rude and racist the apartment is not insulated so you hear everything floors cracked ceilings, leaks galore, common areas not cleaned. Lights out in hallways two or more months, gotta dig through mailbox to find your mail. They call you and threaten You on everything. Heater not working. That’s your fault because it worked before. Door doesn’t shut that’s your fault. Bugs well what do you expect It’s the city. She just lies

Management doesn't get anything done

Posted 2 years ago

Management doesn't respond to maintenance requests - they fired the live-in super after just a few months, who was the only guy that actually got anything done. Unnecessary $200 'cleaning' fee taken out of the security deposit when moving out, for each tenant.

Completely incapable. Don't waste your time.

Ampere seems to be comprised of lazy individuals working for a company that is happy to take your monthly rent and send angry emails about all the poorly designed features of their own apartment buildings to the tenants. Meanwhile if you have issues crop up with your unit, your mail being stolen, etc., good luck getting a response from them. If, as a property manager, you want tenants to take care of the lobby/common spaces than create a space that is adequately sized, secured, etc. for the location of the building and the number of tenants in the building.
