Please read the reviews on Google or here before considering this company. As stated by several people they will use confusing legal jargon that seems not applicable with the TN state laws to withhold your security deposit. Unfortunately, truth is you will not be getting your deposit back. If you rent from this company just know that will be the case. Just let the other multiple people with the same story speak for itself. Not a bad company to rent from if your willing to accept you will not get your deposit back. After confronting them they will try and challenge your knowledge of the law and disrespect you by implying that you do not know what you are talking about. Very shady business would steer absolutely clear of this company and let it bankrupt itself by mistreating tenants.
