I lived in an American Campus facility for college students known as U-Club Binghamton. The management treated residents terribly and made things as inconvenient as possible. They even went as far as to send out an email announcing that they were closing a significant number of parking spots on graduation weekend when residents' families would be visiting. They have not boundaries and attempt to charge residents unfairly for very petty things. I was charged $200 to switch apartments between my lease terms. They didn't even move my stuff for me or make sure that everything was clean before I arrived. I cannot say enough how scummy this company is or at least the facility that they have in Binghamton. I would not recommend living their under any circumstances!!!
