I have a reserved parking space that I have been not able to use since October. This is due to an underground leak they dug up and didn't fix in August only to dig it up again in November. They do nothing to mitigate this. Heat and hot water are an endless issue here. Maintenance just closes tickets. Flooding, trash, dog ***** everywhere. The upgraded apartments that have been renovated have “hardwood” floors that are just cheap vinyl. Light fixtures and vents are covered in rust.
