She was very unprofessional and there was never a proper maintenance man there. She used whoever was her boyfriend at the time as the "maintenance man". Our apartment flooded and she never checked on her tenants to make sure they were ok or offer them a place to stay. Had standing water for over 3 days with no communication! Told us to get our things out in less than 24 hours or she'll throw away our personal items which is illegal. Cleaning was never done either especially during COVID-19
