Highly do not recommended. The inside floors are terrible and not professionally done. Mail boxes are tacky and broken all the time. Plumbing sucks toilet gets stopped up a lot. Oven top was very dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. Everything about this building is tacky. Landlord does not care for his tenants. Please do not move here.

Mice, which is usual for an older apartment near a river. Leaking ceilings in every building. Mold. Not enough Washer and Dryers for how many people live in the buildings.
