Renters beware

This guy is a joke! It took him over 2 years to replace a dishwasher we told him several times was broken. Meanwhile we were paying our full rent for an amenity that did not work properly. He does not want to fix or replace anything. You WILL get pushback. During our most recent incident with him it took over 2 weeks for them to bring a functioning dryer. We payed our full rent to hang our clothes outside when, again this is an amenity you advertised and agreed to be responsible for. Beware!
