We had mice consistently in our apartment from October until now, the beginning of March. Aimco has not done anything except foam small holes, completely neglecting the fact that they still come and there is a giant hole in our kitchen cabinets that they come through. They are legally required to keep our apartment vermin free. They continue to do nothing so I just continually add photo and video evidence to a google drive of the mice that visit our apartment and email it to Aimco every day. They do not take responsibility or attempt to send anyone to clean it. The worst management company I have ever dealt with. For a one bedroom apartment on the UES costing 2,649 there is no right reason on this earth they cannot fix or get rid of the mice. Absolutely disgusting.

Management mistake led to guarantor list...
Management mistake led to guarantor listed as roommate, which affects utilities bill. When brought up, they wanted me to reapply. No apology and it was never fixed; Gas oven was broken. A new one arrived a month later. I asked for a reduced rent to make up for it. That was denied because the manager claimed that the stove was fine and a manufacturer delay prevented replacement; I moved out of the apartment early but did not break the lease. The apartment was empty, completely clean, and nothing broken. Billed for carpet cleaning, professional cleaning, painting, additional utilities, and about $50 in electricity for the month the apartment was unoccupied. The bill showed more electricity being used than when I lived there. Management blamed the electricity company, who blamed the management. I’m still expected to pay. Management boasts that all apartments are professionally cleaned and painted for a new tenant. No warning that the previous tenant had to pay over $400 for that luxury.
