I was a tenant like around a year ago and all I have to say is enter at your own risk!!! The property manager has cameras not for your safety but to control your every move. Our cars got broken into and when requested footage, she did not want to help at all. The electrical in this building is a mess. I feel people that have moved out are lucky to be alive. There is a lot of water damage due to leaks. When repairs are requested, the main repair guy Eddie tells everyone it's their fault. He's related to the manager by the way.
The building looks nice and the units are nice when you walk in but its just a facade. They are hidden dangers. The manager is never there. She controls everything through camera. Then she wants to inspect the units just to find something wrong ( mostly its a hidden danger) and then blame you. They allow pets, charge a deposit and then if something gets broken, they blame your pet!
