Our realtor, Abby Upton, began the process by sitting our group down and discussing at length exactly what features we valued in a potential apartment. It wasn't over the phone or email, it was in person and in a professional conference room where Abby had blueprints of potential apartment options on a wide screen TV at the head of the conference room. She responded to emails nearly immediately; she was very kind, professional, motivational and understanding. We encountered many obstacles but Abby patiently worked through them with us and would not allow us to settle until we were 100% satisfied with what we had. Go give Abby and Govberg a shot, you seriously won't regret it.
