At one point during a anow storm our ceiling began to leak. They refused to send sny maintenance staff out. Then the plaster snd lathe fell in completely ruining my room mates bed. Abbolone and scullin kept our entire deposit siting repairs needed- which predated our occupancy. The entire building was then gutted and renovated to house a fancy restaurant.

Rowdy neighbors, complained many times and never fixed it. Also apartment was disgusting during move in.
