Overall we had a decent experience. I think the shower curtain rail was broken, and they tried to charge us for some very minor scratches towards the end of our lease, but overall they were great and easy to work with. The gym is very small, and our rent was split between 2 people making it a lot cheaper in Charlottesville. We had to outsource utilities like power and wifi. Sometimes they had events at the clubhouse which I believe just got remodeled. There are always kids in the swimming pool, so don't plan on using it.
