I have been trying for two months to help my employee renew her parking permit. There has been absolutely no response. Her car has been towed two times already. If this property management company cannot even do a simple task such as renewing a parking permit,I think in horror what they would do in a real emergency. Having to be to the amount of hundreds of dollars simply because of management company does not contain the capacity to renew a parking pass is criminal
