The maintenance staff as always is spectacular and professional. Miguel, arrived promptly to our apartment with everything that he needed to complete two separate orders. The work was completely quickly with no mess left behind.

I have one of the nicest apartment in Orlando. Thats' what every person says as they enter my unit. I live on a floor with sky lofts which includes dark laminate floors, stainless appliances, front loading w/d and upgraded lighting and fixtures. I have an unfinished, but sealed ceiling which gives a very urban look.
