Invades your space, always being loud on the property yelling, dicking around. Treats you w/ unwarranted suspicion bc he's jaded by past tenants, even when you're quiet/respectful/pay your rent on time every month. Raised rent to an unreasonable amt bc "everyone else is doing it" (BS excuse parasitic landlords use to raise rent). Failed to inform us that our neighbor who he also rents to is a convicted *****. Zero amenities, no privacy, very small, overpriced. He's also openly bigoted.
